This spacious vacation rental sleeps up to 11 guests across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, all featuring a funky coastal style that charms guests from the moment they arrive. The primary bedroom offers a relaxing retreat with a king bed and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen bed plus a twin-over-twin bunk, while the third bedroom features a queen and a twin bed. These two rooms share a second full bathroom, perfect for families or groups.

PARKING
Parking won’t be an issue at this property! The long driveway offers space for at least 3 uncovered vehicles, while the covered area beneath the home can accommodate 3 more cars—plenty of room for your group.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This property is non-smoking. Must be 25 years of age to rent. Monthly reservations are accepted between January and March 1st.

There is a washer and dryer in a separate room under the house that must be accessed from outside.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
