The Phoenix II HOA has approved a tennis court project to rebuild and restructure the existing tennis courts at this complex, beginning mid-April 2026 and lasting for 6 to 8 weeks. You are welcome to use the tennis courts at Phoenix III or IV during this project.

The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older to rent this vacation rental. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. Monthly Rates available.

Payment for parking passes will be collected separately. Once purchased, passes will be picked up on-site at the property and will be valid for the duration of your stay.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
