The recently updated interior features fresh finishes throughout, creating a bright and inviting coastal atmosphere. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. The living room also includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

This property participates in our Fresh Bed Program, which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

PARKING
A maximum of 2 vehicles is permitted per reservation. Parking passes are $50 per vehicle, for a total of $100 for two vehicles. Overflow parking is available on the north side of the property and just beyond the barrier on the south side. Absolutely no parking is permitted underneath the building.

Per HOA regulations, recreational vehicles and boat trailers are not permitted to park at Lei Lani Tower. Guests bringing a boat should plan to use one of the nearby public boat launches and make separate arrangements for trailer parking.

PETS
No pets are permitted on this property.

While boat trailers cannot be parked at Lei Lani Tower, guests can use the nearby public launch and make separate arrangements for trailer parking.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
