LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The living room offers a cozy, inviting space where everyone can relax after a day of beach and lagoon adventures. A large, comfortable couch gives everyone plenty of room to sink in and unwind while enjoying stunning views of Little Lagoon, the pool, and private dock. The space is filled with natural light and provides direct access to the spacious deck, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor living. A Smart TV provides entertainment for relaxing evenings at home along with a cabinet full of board games. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and half bath located under the house and accessible from the outside.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals throughout your stay. A large island sits at the center of the kitchen, providing plenty of prep space and a convenient gathering spot for the group. The dining room table comfortably seats eight, with room for four more at the kitchen island with barstools. A window above the kitchen sink offers beautiful views of the surrounding neighborhood while you cook.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This spacious home offers five bedrooms and multiple sleeping arrangements, comfortably accommodating up to 19 guests.
Bedroom 1 features a king bed and full bathroom, while Bedroom 2 includes a king bed and a full over full bunk bed and full bath which is also accessible through the living room, making it a great option for families traveling with children. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located upstairs and each feature a full bed. The dedicated bunk bedroom also upstairs, provides additional sleeping space with one twin over double bunk bed and one double over double bunk bed. There is a full bathroom upstairs. There is also a half bath located under the house, easily accessible from the outdoor amenities.

PARKING
Parking is free at the property, with ample space available in the driveway for vehicles. There is also room to park a boat trailer, making it easy to bring your small boat and take advantage of the private boat launch located on the property.

PETS
This property is pet-friendly and allows up to 2 pets per reservation. A $200 pet fee applies per pet.

AMENITIES
Laguna Vista offers an incredible combination of waterfront amenities and comfortable spaces designed for a memorable Gulf Coast getaway. Enjoy peaceful Little Lagoon views from the home, take a dip in the private outdoor pool, or relax in the hot tub, which is a spillover spa connected to the gorgeous pool after a day of exploring. The pool can also be heated for an additional $50 per day. The convenient outdoor shower and foot-washing station make rinsing off before hopping in the pool a breeze.

The private boat dock and boat launch make it easy to get out on the water with the paddleboard provided at the home, or by bringing your own kayaks or small boats. Outdoor seating provides plenty of places to relax and take in the views. There is a private sandy beach in the backyard along the waterfront with chairs for lounging and enjoying the view. The beach is not zero-entry into the lagoon, but you can access the water via the swimming ladder on the dock.

Under the home, you'll find an outdoor dining area, BBQ area with grilling utensils, wet bar, and additional seating, making it a great spot to gather for meals and drinks. The patio also offers comfortable outdoor seating and a fire pit, along with two hammocks for relaxing evenings under the stars. There are games throughout the house, from board games in the living room to cornhole boards in the side yard and a foosball table under the home.

With plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to gather, waterfront access, and amenities for both relaxing and enjoying the Gulf Coast, Laguna Vista makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your stay.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government-issued ID present.
