This 485 sq ft 7th floor (top) property faces South to catch cool breezes and glimpse the Gulf from your private balcony. Come get cozy in this efficiency condo! (Separate bedroom area with no door). Enjoy the washer/dryer and a traditional beach decor. There is free Wifi in the condo. 

The primary renter must be 25 years of age. This is a non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. 

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
