It boasts a tropical oasis of pools hot tubs tennis putting green shuffleboard as well as a pier & private beach all overlooking Little Lagoon. This 5th floor property faces South where you can catch cool breeze and glimpse the Gulf from your private balcony. Enjoy the updated kitchen tile floors throughout washer/dryer and a cottage décor. This unit has WIFI access and WIFI is also available throughout the lobby outdoor areas and interior units. Due to limited parking a 1 car maximum is enforced. 

This property collects parking fees onsite. 

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
