LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Unwind in the well-appointed living room and kitchen. The living room features a smart TV for entertainment and offers direct access to the outdoor deck. The kitchen boasts essential amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and oven. Enjoy a cup of coffee with a coffee maker. Central air conditioning and heating provide year-round comfort. The dining area includes a table that comfortably seats six.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
This property participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

The primary bedroom, located at the back of the home, features modern coastal décor, a king bed, and a private ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms continue the same coastal styling, with the second bedroom offering a comfortable queen bed. Designed with younger guests in mind, the third bedroom includes a full bed, a queen bed, and a TV. A second full bathroom is conveniently located just outside the second and third bedrooms.

PARKING
Rest assured with the convenience of free onsite parking during your stay. We offer parking space for up to 4 cars, ensuring you have secure spots for your vehicles. No need to worry about finding a place to park; your beach getaway is stress-free from the moment you arrive at Beachside Charmer.

Just a short walk to the beach, this home is conveniently located across the street with beautiful Gulf views. After a fun-filled day in the sun and sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind in true beachside comfort.

NEIGHBORHOOD
Tucked away in a gorgeous beachside community. A car is necessary for other activities, and the location provides easy access to local shops and restaurants, including The Sassy Bass and Tacky Jacks. Additionally, the property is a convenient driving distance to the Ferry to Dauphin Island.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
There is a flight of stairs to enter the home. Once inside all three bedrooms are located on one level. Primary renter must be 25 years or older. This property is non-smoking.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
